Selecting individuals who are internal and well acquainted with all equipments involved in nursing is imperative as this helps prevent supernumerary medical errors (Rosdahi and Kowalski, 2008). The fact that nurse managers have the role of testing the skills and abilities of the applicants makes the process effective. Human Resource personnel are knowledgeable in legal matters
